### Markham: the garden home permit

## What belongs in the garden suite framing scope
One-storey slab-on-grade, crawl-space and framed-floor forms are all possible for a garden suite, and no single foundation type is fixed by the term itself, so your drawings, not the label, decide what we're framing onto.
