Sloped lots, walkouts, additions, and underpinning interfaces often require stepped elevations. We frame those transitions so foundation walls and slab edges follow the intended heights without field confusion during the pour.
Pier And Post Bases
Porches, decks, garage openings, and beam pockets depend on accurately placed pads and piers. Timberr coordinates those locations before concrete so later posts and hardware do not land off centre.
Pour-Ready Form Strength

Timberr Framing works from the engineered drawings with the builder, excavator, and concrete crew, checking lines, elevations, widths, step footings, and hold points so the footing work is ready for inspection and pour sequencing.

Footing framing (formwork for cast-in-place footings and the framing that carries loads down to them) sets the accuracy for everything built above it, so Timberr Framing holds bearing lines tight to the engineered layout before any concrete is poured.
